1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Al-Qirtaas Academy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not register or use our educational services.

2. Class Scheduling & Attendance

Punctuality: Students are expected to join live sessions at the scheduled time. Tutors will wait up to 10 minutes past the start time.
Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule a class must be submitted at least 6 hours in advance. Classes missed without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Public Holidays: Lessons missed due to official academy holidays may be compensated upon coordination with management.

3. Tuition Fees & Payments

Advance Payment: Tuition fees are billed on a monthly recurring basis and must be paid in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
Refund Policy: Trial classes are free. Regular monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started and classes have been assigned.

4. Student & Code of Conduct

Respectful Interaction: Respectful behavior is required at all times toward tutors and staff. Any inappropriate conduct or language may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
Direct Contact Restriction: Students and parents are strictly prohibited from sharing personal contact details (phone number, personal email, address) with tutors directly outside the academy platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All study materials, curriculum guides, digital resources, and website graphics provided by Al-Qirtaas Academy are protected by copyright. They are for personal educational use only and cannot be reproduced or distributed commercially.
